API
This section documents Clowrk's external APIs — for systems and vendors that need to read or act on Clowrk data programmatically, outside the product UI.
Access to these APIs is granted through a Service Account, a dedicated credential your Clowrk administrator creates for integrations (see Service Account for how it's created and managed).
Available APIs
Service Account — Events API — read and act on events (incidents) raised on Clowrk boards: list/filter events, acknowledge, comment, schedule maintenance windows, and sync status from an external system.
