# v19.5.2 — March 2026

**March 2026**

***

## Highlights

This release introduces the most impactful feature to date: a **conversational AI assistant** embedded directly into the service request flow. Users describe what they need in plain language and the assistant handles identification, form collection, and submission. The assistant also supports **evaluating, reopening, and cancelling** existing requests through conversation.

Alongside the AI assistant, this release delivers a **Communication Channels management UI** (replacing direct database configuration), an **embeddable widget** for external sites, a **God Mode admin dashboard**, a redesigned **user onboarding flow**, and comprehensive improvements to filters, tables, and the Service Catalog.

## AI Service Assistant

A chat panel now appears on the **Requests** page. Users type what they need and the assistant finds the right service, asks only the necessary questions, and opens the request on their behalf.

**What you can do now:**

* Describe your problem in plain language ("I need VPN access") - the assistant identifies the correct service automatically
* Answer the assistant's questions step by step instead of filling out a form
* Review a full summary before confirming - nothing is submitted without your approval
* Leave and come back later: the conversation is saved between sessions (up to 24 hours)
* If you belong to multiple organizations, choose which one the request is for directly in the chat
* Browse the Service Catalog manually if you prefer the traditional approach
* See **AI thinking steps** - expandable blocks showing the assistant's reasoning process

**Managing existing requests through chat:**

* Ask the assistant to **list your requests** by status, service, or date
* **View request details**, form answers, activities, and shared comments through conversation
* **Evaluate** a resolved request (satisfaction rating + comments) directly in the chat
* **Reopen** a request by describing why the resolution was insufficient
* **Cancel** a request with a reason - the assistant guides you through the confirmation
* **Add team comments** to a request without leaving the chat

**Agent Tab on request details:**

* Every request now has an **Agent tab** (first tab) showing the AI conversation linked to that specific request
* Continue interacting with the assistant about a specific request from this tab
* Multiple conversations can be linked to the same request (one-to-many)

**Session management:**

* A **session selector** dropdown lets you switch between recent conversations
* **Recent conversations** panel on the welcome screen shows past sessions with place tags, linked request IDs, and timestamps
* **Archive** sessions you no longer need (removes from recent list without deleting)
* Sessions automatically expire after 24 hours of inactivity

***

## Communication Channels

Board notification channels can now be managed through a **dedicated settings page** instead of direct database manipulation.

**What you can do now:**

* **Create, edit, and delete** notification channels from the Place Settings page
* Choose between **WhatsApp (Green API)**, **Email**, or **Microsoft Teams** as the notification channel
* Configure **event status transition rules** - notify only when events move between specific statuses (e.g., "Processing" to "Resolved")
* Configure **activity tracking triggers** - choose which card activity types generate notifications
* Write **custom WhatsApp message templates** using 14+ variables with a live preview editor
* The system automatically creates or reuses WhatsApp groups when configuring channels

**What stays the same:**

* All existing notification channels continue working exactly as before
* The notification sending mechanism (WhatsApp, Email, Teams) is unchanged
* Card event triggers fire the same way

> **Note:** The previous NOCAutomate integration has been removed. The Zenvia WhatsApp integration (replaced by Green API in a prior version) has also been cleaned up.

## Embeddable Widget

A new **web component** allows embedding the AI chatbot and Service Catalog on external websites.

**Features:**

* `<clowrk-chatbot>` - Full AI chat experience in an embeddable widget
* `<clowrk-service-catalog>` - Browsable service catalog as a standalone component
* Three authentication modes: API key (anonymous), email/password login, or host-provided token
* Notification badge showing unread items via WebSocket
* Full CSS isolation - widget styles do not affect the host page

**For administrators:**

* A new **Widget Integration** page under Place Settings generates ready-to-use embed code
* API keys can be created and managed per place
* Origin restrictions can limit which domains are allowed to embed the widget

***

## God Mode (Admin Dashboard)

A new **admin dashboard** is available for designated administrators, accessible via a toolbar menu.

**What it includes:**

* **Kafka Monitor** - View consumer group lag, topic details, and partition offsets
* **AI Interactions** - Browse all AI chat sessions across all companies with full message history
* **System Health** - Application uptime, memory, and connection pool status

Access is controlled by a database flag and JWT claim - both must be present for access.

***

## Service Catalog

**Visibility control** - Each service can be set to one of three access levels:

| Level | Who can see it |
| -------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Public** | Any user with a Clowrk account |
| **Internal** | Users whose email belongs to the organization's domain |
| **Restricted** | Users whose email domain matches OR who belong to the service's board |

**Move services** - Categories and services can be reorganized within the catalog tree using a right-click context menu.

**AI Instructions** - Each board, list, and catalog service can now have custom AI instructions, tailoring how the assistant behaves in that specific context. Instructions are inherited hierarchically (board -> list -> service).

**Search** - A new search bar filters the catalog tree in real time by service name.

**SLA indicators** - Request details now show **SLA progress bars** for response and resolution times with color-coded urgency (green/yellow/orange/red).

***

## User Profile and Onboarding

**Simpler signup** - New users now only need **name, email, and password** to register. CPF and phone number can be added later from the profile page.

**Profile verification banner** - After login, a banner appears if the profile is incomplete (email unverified, CPF missing, or phone missing). Each item links directly to the relevant field. The banner disappears automatically once complete.

**Company selection on login** - Users who belong to multiple organizations are directed to a company selection screen right after login.

***

## Dynamic Filters

Active filters on any data table are now displayed as **segmented chips** directly above the table.

* Click a chip to edit that filter's value inline
* Hover over a chip to reveal edit and remove buttons
* Column headers have an options menu for filtering or removing the column

***

## Boards

* Impact levels are now sorted by their defined order, not alphabetically
* Archived boards and lists are hidden by default
* New **Gantt chart components** for project timeline visualization
* **Event status transition rules** can be configured per board for notification channels

***

## Migration Notes

**Before deploying:**

1. Run `deployment_god_mode.sql` - adds the `god_mode` column to the user table
2. Run `deployment_v19.5.2.sql` - handles all schema changes (nullable columns, new indexes, ENUM expansion, slug migration)
3. Deploy the MCP Toolbox for the AI assistant to function

**Configuration:**

* **Green API** (WhatsApp): ensure `green.api.url`, `green.api.instance.id`, and `green.api.token` are configured
* **Zenvia** properties can be safely removed
* **Widget**: if using external embedding, run the widget build (`ng run clowrk-frontend:widget`) and deploy the output

**Behavioral changes:**

* CPF validation now rejects invalid formats - users with previously saved invalid CPFs will need to correct them before updating their profile
* RESTRICTED service visibility now includes users who belong to the service's board, in addition to email domain matching
