## Highlights

This release strengthens **platform reliability** with a massive test coverage campaign spanning 40+ domains, **hardens WhatsApp communication** with health monitoring and disconnect alerts, and upgrades **Service Accounts** to support multiple accounts per place with smarter shared dashboard authentication.

## WhatsApp Communication Resilience

The WhatsApp notification channel is now significantly more reliable:

* **Health monitoring** checks the WhatsApp connection every 2 minutes automatically
* **Disconnect alerts** notify administrators via both WhatsApp group and Email when the connection drops — with cooldown to prevent alert storms
* **Typing indicator** simulates a natural typing experience before sending messages
* **Silent skip** when disconnected — messages are held rather than silently failing
* **Monitoring dashboard** in God Mode shows real-time instance status, health check history, and lets admins force a connection check or send a test notification

## Service Accounts — Multiple per Place

Places can now have **multiple service accounts** instead of being limited to one:

* A new **Service Accounts tab** in Place Settings (separated from the Access tab) lists all accounts with a creation form
* When sharing a dashboard link, you now **choose which service account** authenticates that specific link
* Before deleting a service account, the system shows the **impact** — how many shared links and board memberships will be affected
* Deleting a service account **automatically revokes** its associated share links
* Legacy share links (created before this update) continue working with a fallback mechanism

## Module Connector Improvements

Connector management received multiple fixes and security improvements:

* **Fixed**: Zabbix connectors were incorrectly validated against Priax rules
* **Fixed**: Associating a connector to a card module was sending the wrong ID
* **Security**: Connectors now verify that you have ownership of the place before allowing updates or deletions
* **Security**: Guacamole connection checks now block requests to internal network addresses
* **Cleaner error messages**: Duplicate connector names, duplicate external IDs, and client mismatches now show translated, user-friendly messages
* **Redesigned dialog**: Single save button, expandable authentication section, better port validation for remote access connectors

## Place Settings — Updated Tab Layout

Place Settings now has **9 tabs** with a clearer organization:

* Service Accounts moved to its own dedicated tab (position 3)
* Access tab (position 4) no longer includes service account management
* Notification Policies tab available for configuring inactivity notification rules

## GreenAPI Monitoring (God Mode)

Administrators can now monitor the WhatsApp integration from the **God Mode** section:

* Real-time instance state (connected, disconnected, not authorized)
* Health check statistics and history
* Auto-refresh every 30 seconds
* Manual force-check button and test notification sender

## CSS & Layout Fixes

* Fixed a global CSS issue that was incorrectly constraining dialog heights across several screens (event dashboard, knowledge base, pendency, notification policies, tracker timeline)
* Fixed share dialog layout overflow
* Fixed module connector dialog spacing issues

## Quality & Reliability

This release invested heavily in automated test coverage:

* **40+ backend domains** received comprehensive unit tests
* Tests validate **documented business rules** (case lifecycle, approval flows, kanban automation, pendency lifecycle, SLA, form validation, and more)
* Critical paths like case status transitions, card dispatch, and inactivity auto-actions are now fully covered
* **20+ domains** received formal documentation describing their business rules, entity relationships, and improvement opportunities

## Migration Notes

* **WhatsApp property key** changed format — infrastructure teams should update the ConfigMap if overriding `green.api.instance-id`
* **Place Settings tabs** have new positions — any bookmarks or documentation referencing tab indexes should be updated
* **Share dialog** now requires a service account selection when a place has multiple accounts — ensure places have at least one service account for sharing to work
