# Team and User Management

## 1. Adding Users

The company can expand its team by adding users to the system. The process is initiated by providing the email address of the user to be added.

**Linking Flow:**

* **Existing user:** If the email matches an active account in the system, the user is immediately linked to the company.
* **New user:** If the email is not registered, the system automatically sends an invitation for the recipient to complete their registration.

*Important note:* A single user can be linked to multiple companies simultaneously, maintaining a single centralized account.

## 2. Access Profiles

When adding a user to the company, it is mandatory to define their access profile, which will determine their permissions and level of access within the system.

### 2.1. Owner

Profile automatically assigned to the company creator, representing the highest level of authority in the system.

**Characteristics:**

* Unrestricted access to all system features
* Ability to manage company registration and tax data
* Full team management and profile assignment
* Cannot be removed from the system

### 2.2. Partner Admin

Profile equivalent to the Owner in terms of permissions, intended for partners or high-level administrators.

**Characteristics:**

* Full access to all system features
* Company data management, including registration and tax information
* Full team and access profile management
* Only restriction: Cannot remove the Owner from the system

### 2.3. Administrator

Profile focused on operational system management, with emphasis on service desk and ITIL features, without access to strategic company settings.

**Characteristics:**

* Full access to operational system modules (Service Desk, ITIL, Service Catalog)

**Restrictions:**

* Cannot manage teams or add new users
* Cannot access company registration data (logo, address, tax information)

### 2.4. Employee

Most restricted access profile, intended for operational users with specific roles in certain areas.

**Characteristics:**

* Access limited to teams they have been explicitly added to
* Within each team, has granular permissions defined by the manager
* Ideal for technicians, analysts, and operational teams
