# Zabbix Connector

## 1. Purpose

Integration with Zabbix, an open-source infrastructure and application monitoring platform, enabling the visualization of performance graphs directly in Clowrk.

## 2. Where It Is Used

The Zabbix connector is used to access KPI (Key Performance Indicators) graphs registered in Configuration Items.

**Integration Flow:**

* The Configuration Item ID is received through Priax events
* When a Configuration Item with an available Zabbix ID exists, the system displays a button on the work card
* When the button is clicked, the user views the Zabbix performance graphs related to that item
* A configured Zabbix connector is required for this feature to work

## 3. Configuration

**Required parameters:**

* **Connector Name:** Descriptive connector identifier
* **API URL:** Zabbix instance base endpoint

## 4. Authentication

**Required credentials:**

* Username
* Password
