# Card

The **Card** is the fundamental unit of work in Kanban. Each card represents a task, request, or item that needs to be processed by the team.

## Card Structure

### Basic Information

Every card has:

* **Title** - Task name
* **Description** - Details about what needs to be done
* **List** - Which workflow stage the card is in
* **Responsible** - Who is working on the card

## Card Actions

### Comments

Use the comments area to:

* Discuss task details
* Mention team members (@name)
* Record progress updates

### Moving a Card

Drag the card between lists to indicate progress, or use the actions menu to move it to another list.

### Archiving

Completed cards can be archived to keep the board organized without losing history.

## Custom Fields

You can add custom fields to cards to meet specific business needs.
